Agricultural Best Practices and Farm Service Agency Promotion in Southern New Mexico & Texas is a project of the College of Agricultural, Consumer & Environmental Sciences at New Mexico State University, funded by the USDA and FSA under award number FA-NM-7-023. Partner organizations include Taylor Hood Farms, La Semilla Food Center, and Mountain View Market Co-op.

The program offers free workshops, educational outreach to Las Cruces high school students, and technical manuals on agricultural resources and best management practices for the Paso del Norte region of New Mexico and Texas.
